Shenzhen Zhengyan Microelectronics Co., Ltd. is a high-tech small and medium-sized enterprise specializing in advanced semiconductor design, jointly initiated and established by a team of domestic semiconductor experts with decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, elite sales teams, and experts returning from studying in Germany. Our business scope mainly covers the R&D, design and sales of industrial and automotive electronic power devices and analog ICs. The power device products include low-voltage Trench MOS, medium-voltage SGT MOS, high-voltage super-junction MOS, fast recovery diodes (FRD), IGBT, SiC MOS/JBS, GaN HEMT, etc.; the analog IC products focus on power driver ICs, power ICs (integrating power driver ICs with power MOS or IGBT into a single chip) and IPM modules (co-packaging power driver ICs with power MOS or IGBT into power modules). We adopt the core model of "independent design entrusted manufacturing", and plan to build packaging production lines and wafer production lines in the future to realize independent manufacturing and packaging of some chips. Since its establishment, the company has achieved remarkable performance in technological innovation and brand building. The founder team has accumulated more than 80 patents related to semiconductor devices, of which 40 invention patents and utility model patents have been authorized by the State Intellectual Property Office, and the remaining patents are under substantive examination; the company owns 32 patents, with invention patents accounting for more than 90%. The team has published 5 papers in domestic and foreign first-class academic journals and 2 papers at national semiconductor annual conferences, and was invited to give academic reports. In terms of qualifications and honors, the company has passed ISO14001 Environmental Management System, ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO9001 Quality Management System certifications, and has won ten AAA-level credit certifications.
