Shenzhen Zhengyan Microelectronics Co., Ltd. is a high-tech small and medium-sized enterprise specializing in advanced semiconductor design, jointly initiated and established by a team of domestic semiconductor experts with decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, elite sales teams, and experts returning from studying in Germany. Our business scope mainly covers the R&D, design and sales of industrial and automotive electronic power devices and analog ICs. The power device products include low-voltage Trench MOS, medium-voltage SGT MOS, high-voltage super-junction MOS, fast recovery diodes (FRD), IGBT, SiC MOS/JBS, GaN HEMT, etc.; the analog IC products focus on power driver ICs, power ICs (integrating power driver ICs with power MOS or IGBT into a single chip) and IPM modules (co-packaging power driver ICs with power MOS or IGBT into power modules).
